The answer

The time for 'Isha prayer extends until the break of dawn. However, the period after the first third or half of the night is considered a time of necessity. According to the prevalent , the ablution (wudu') of a person with perpetual ritual impurity does not become nullified during the 'Isha time unless dawn breaks, or unless they intentionally nullify it. As for performing ablution for the Fajr prayer, it is precautionary to repeat the ablution when the sun rises.
