1- Is one who does not begin with Istinja’ (cleansing) from urine when performing Ghusl (ritual bath) from Janabah (major ritual impurity) sinful, and have scholars differed concerning the obligation of preceding with Istinja’? 2- Does an increase in washing after completing Ghusl from Janabah invalidate it?

"Istinjāʼ (cleaning oneself with water or stones after defecation or urination) before ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) from janābah (state of ritual impurity requiring a full bath) is recommended, not a condition for its validity, according to the majority of scholars, though there is an opinion that considers it a condition. As for washing some body parts aimlessly after the completion of ghusl, it is a disapproved extravagance but does not invalidate the ghusl."
