A drop of maniy (seminal fluid) was discharged from me. Is ghusl al-janabah (ritual bath for major impurity) obligatory upon me?

If semen is discharged during sleep, it necessitates ghusl (definition) (ritual bath), whether the sleeper felt pleasure or not, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "He should perform ghusl" for one who finds wetness but does not remember a wet dream. As for its discharge during wakefulness with pleasure and desire, it necessitates ghusl by the consensus of scholars, whether it is a small or large amount, even if it is a single drop. However, if semen is discharged during wakefulness without pleasure and desire, it does not necessitate ghusl; rather, it only necessitates wudu (ablution).
