The question

Are statements such as "You have no claim on my Lord," "I have come to my Lord," and "What do you have of my Lord's (property/bounty)" considered major disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam and warrants execution in an Islamic state? And is it obligatory for someone who has cursed Allah and His Messenger, and then repented, to perform ghusl?

The answer

Verbal transgressions can lead to Hellfire, especially when using the majestic name "Allah" or the Lordship name "Rabbi" (My Lord) in disputes and quarrels, as this indicates a failure to glorify Allah as He deserves. A Muslim must be respectful towards Allah in their utterances. They should not combine Allah's will with another's will using the conjunction "wa" (and), nor should they use the word "Rabbi" when addressing their master. These terms must be kept pure from idle chatter. The use by some common folk of phrases like "You have no power over my Lord!" or "You have come against my Lord!" in a context of anger is wrong and sinful. However, an absolute ruling of disbelief (kufr) cannot be made based on these phrases alone. The speaker should consult scholars to clarify their intention and the context. Ritual bathing () is not a condition for repentance from apostasy or an evil word, but it is obligatory for an apostate or an original disbeliever upon entering Islam.
