Do the yellow, viscous drops, not exceeding two drops, that are seen on the underwear after waking up, with no memory of a wet dream, constitute maniy (seminal fluid) necessitating ghusl (ritual bathing)?

If the questioner ascertains that what exited her during sleep was maniyy (seminal fluid), then (ritual bath) is obligatory upon her. If she ascertains it was (pre-seminal fluid), then she must purify whatever it touched of her body and clothing, and perform wudu' (ablution). If she is doubtful, she has the choice to consider it either of the two, which is the view of the Shafi'is and the mufta bihi (the relied-upon opinion for issuing fatwas).
