Does seeing a suspicious fluid—after a short nap in the afternoon—constitute a wet dream necessitating Ghusl, especially with the presence of abundant discharge and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and does not performing Ghusl affect the fast?

The obligation upon a woman who suffers from waswasah (obsessive whispering) regarding what she suspects to be the emission of manī (spermatic fluid) which necessitates ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is to disregard these whisperings and pay them no attention. She should act upon the fundamental principle, which is that ghusl is not obligatory unless she is certain of its emission. This is because what typically exits from a woman are normal secretions or vaginal discharge, not manī that necessitates ghusl. These secretions are pure but invalidate wudu' (ablution). If they are continuous, the woman takes on the ruling of a woman with istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), and she should perform wudu' for the time of each prayer.
