Masturbation is forbidden by Islamic law, and one must offer sincere repentance for it. A person who repents from sin is like one who has no sin. With repentance, life will be normal without future problems. As for the health harm, you can refer to the consultation department. One must immediately abandon this habit with sincere resolve and turn to Allah. (pre-seminal fluid) does not necessitate (ritual bath), but only wudu' (ablution), along with purifying the affected area and clothing.
