Often, what is emitted is (pre-seminal fluid) when desire is aroused due to thinking about it. Madhy is a thin, white fluid that is discharged upon pleasure from arousal or thinking. It is obligatory to lower the gaze from forbidden things due to their dire consequences, and to strive against one's self to get rid of bad thoughts.
