Does the emission of semen when squeezing the penis or spontaneous wetness necessitate Ghusl or Wudu?

The secretions a person feels inside the male organ do not entail any rulings unless they exit to the outside of the body. There is no need to squeeze the organ to expel them. The expulsion of semen without desire does not necessitate ghusl (definition) (ritual bath); rather, it only necessitates wudu (ablution), and it is treated similarly to madhy (pre-seminal fluid), wady (post-urination fluid), and urine. Wudu is sufficient, along with washing the area of the body or clothing that the secretions touched. As for semen, it is not obligatory to wash it because it is considered pure according to the preponderant opinion. However, for madhy, washing the male organ is required in addition to washing whatever it has touched.
