The answer

The emission of semen with desire necessitates (ritual bath) for both men and women alike, whether married or unmarried. Scholars have adduced as proof for this the : "Water is only from water," and the hadith of Umm Sulaym when she asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about a woman who sees in her dream what a man sees, whereupon he said: "If a woman sees that, then she must perform ghusl." The Hanafis, Malikis, and Hanbalis stipulated that the emission of semen must be accompanied by desire for ghusl to become obligatory.
