How is a complete ghusl from janabah performed using a shower, taking into consideration that Fatwa No. 32795 discusses ghusl using a vessel?

Whether you perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) from janabah (definition) (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl) using a vessel or a shower, the complete ghusl is performed according to the method established by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Ibn Qudamah mentioned that a complete ghusl comprises ten things: intention (niyyah (definition)), saying Bismillah, washing the hands three times, washing away any impurity on the body, performing wudu' (ablution), pouring water over the head three times (to saturate the roots of the hair), pouring water over the rest of the body (starting with the right side), rubbing the body, moving from the bathing spot to wash the feet, and it is recommended to run water through the roots of the hair and beard before pouring water over the rest of the body.
