The answer

(ritual bath) for is a recommended for those who are able to perform it, and there is no sin upon those who omit it. This is the view of most scholars. Scholars have unanimously agreed that entering into Ihram is permissible without performing ghusl and that it is not obligatory. And whoever performs wudu (ablution) but does not perform ghusl, that is sufficient for him, though he would be omitting what is better.
