Is a fluid, similar to semen, discharged from me while awake, flowing, and without lust?

Semen discharged without lust is a matter of scholarly disagreement as to whether it necessitates ghusl (definition). The more cautious approach is to perform ghusl to avoid disagreement. If there is a constant discharge of semen (sals al-mani) such that it does not stop for a sufficient time for purification and prayer, then it has its own rulings. The discharge might also be prostatic fluid (wadi).
