The answer

(ritual bath) becomes obligatory if the discharged fluid is semen, expelled with desire, and followed by a weakening of the body, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Water is from water." There is no disagreement among jurists regarding the obligation of Ghusl from semen discharged with desire.
