The questioner must avoid negative thinking and occupy herself with what benefits her, avoid everything that arouses instinct, and increase fasting. (ritual bath) is not obligatory merely due to desire, but if the fluid discharged upon arousal is woman's maniy (seminal fluid) (which is thin and yellow, may turn white, and has a scent), then ghusl is obligatory. If you doubt whether it is maniy or madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), consider it maniy, and ghusl becomes obligatory upon you.
