The answer

If a discharge exits after performing (ritual bath) from (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl), and there was no new desire that caused its exit, then it is considered a remnant of the first janabah and does not necessitate performing ghusl again. It is sufficient to wash the discharge and whatever it affected, and merely repeat wudu' (ablution). The reason for not repeating ghusl is that the cause is a single one, and because the discharge exited without pleasure.
