Is it necessary to wash the face again during ghusl if it was already washed during the complete wudu that precedes the general showering of water over the body?

If the person performing (ritual bath) makes the intention to remove major ritual impurity () or minor ritual impurity ( asghar) at the beginning of the ghusl, then he is not required to re-wash the ablutionary parts during the ghusl. However, if he intends [the ghusl] as a recommended act, then he must wash them. It is obligatory to make the water reach all parts of the head and to run the fingers through the roots of the hair, because merely wiping the head in wudu (ablution) is not sufficient for washing it in the case of janabah.
