Is it necessary to wash the inner flesh that is visible from the anus when cleaning oneself after defecation (istinja), when performing ritual bathing after sexual defilement (ghusl from janabah), and during the daytime in Ramadan?

One is not required to trace the inner part of the exit (anus) during Istinja (definition)' (cleansing after defecation) or Ghusl (definition) (ritual bath), as this is an excessive burden that is prohibited. However, if something from inside the anus becomes visible and protrudes such that it can be touched by hand without inserting a finger, it takes the ruling of the "maq'adat al-mabsoor" (the exposed part of the rectum in someone with prolapse). It is obligatory to wash it during Istinja' if that protruding part is left exposed. But if one intends to push it back in, washing it is not obligatory. It is also not obligatory to wash it during Janabah (definition) (major ritual impurity) because it is not considered to be outwardly exposed. As for what does not protrude, it is not legislated to wash it during Istinja' or Ghusl, because it is considered part of the inner body.
