Is it obligatory for someone suffering from purity-related obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas al-tahara) and doubt concerning vaginal discharge to make up the days they fasted with this doubt? Does this doubt invalidate their fast? Does merely saying "I will make up this day" invalidate the fast?

We warn against getting carried away with misgivings (waswas), for their cure is to ignore them and pay no attention to them. Ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is not required merely by doubt about discharge, and the fast is valid and not invalidated by misgivings, nor does a wet dream invalidate the fast.
