Is it obligatory to wash the feet after finishing bathing on the floor, knowing that water is poured on the floor before bathing?

It is necessary to wash the feet at the end of the ghusl (definition) (full ritual bath) if they were not washed during wudu' (ablution) or during the ghusl itself. However, if they were washed at the beginning, that is sufficient. It is recommended to delay washing them if the place is unclean. Excessive use of water is forbidden in Islamic law, and the Sunnah (definition) (Prophetic tradition) is to be economical with it while ensuring a thorough ghusl. Water should not be poured on the ground before ghusl unless there is a need for it, such as for purification, and not due to doubt or waswasah (whispers from Satan leading to excessive scrupulosity).
