Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to read, listen to, and recite the Qur’an without ablution (wudu’) or hijab, and is it permissible for her to review what she has memorized anywhere?

It is permissible to repeat the Qur’an with the reciter, or to read it while sitting or during work, provided that the work is not disrupted and the voice is not raised. It is also permissible to read it without wearing a head covering. As for repeating verses of the Qur’an without purity (wudu/ghusl (definition)): if it is a minor ritual impurity, there is no harm; but if it is a major ritual impurity, it is not permissible. However, for a menstruating woman, it is permissible.
