Is it permissible for a woman who does not wear hijab to continue her work if her manager rejects the hijab and she fears losing her job, which is essential due to her poor financial situation, while she desires to wear hijab? And is a ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (state of ritual impurity) sufficient by washing the body without the hair if it requires daily styling?

It is obligatory to adhere to the legal (Shar'i) hijab (definition), even if it results in losing a job, because hijab is an obligation, and there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. Staying at home to raise children and serve the husband is better than going out to work, especially if it leads to a forbidden (Shar'i) act. The husband is responsible for providing for the family, but it is permissible to help the husband by working at home (such as sewing) or outside, provided that one adheres to the hijab and avoids mixing (ikhtilat) and private seclusion (khalwa (definition)) with non-mahram (definition) men. It is obligatory to wash the head during ghusl (definition) al-janabah (definition) (ritual bath after sexual impurity), and janabah is not lifted except by doing so.
