If a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) is unable to perform (ritual bath) due to the unavailability of a place to seclude themselves, they should perform (dry ablution) and pray. It is not permissible for them to be negligent in performing the prayer. However, they must exert effort to find a place where they can seclude themselves to perform ghusl, such as a room in their home, or by going away from the neighborhood, or, for a woman, in the women's prayer area restroom in the mosque.
