Is it permissible to pray in congregation after semen analysis and before performing ghusl to cleanse from janabah?

It is permissible to masturbate for the purpose of medical analysis, but it necessitates ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) because the emission of semen is one of its requirements. One who masturbates cannot perform prayer until he performs ghusl, due to the Almighty’s saying: "And if you are in a state of janabah (definition) (ritual impurity), then purify yourselves." It is not permissible to delay ghusl beyond its time if that results in delaying the prayer.
