Is prayer and fasting obligatory after a wet dream that leaves no trace of semen or fluid?

If a woman sees what she suffers from in her sleep, it is a dream. A woman experiences nocturnal emission ( احتلام ) just like a man. A person is not held accountable for nocturnal emission because it is beyond their control, and it does not necessitate abandoning prayer or fasting. However, if she sees seminal fluid, she must perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath); otherwise, no ghusl is required of her. She should be diligent in reciting adhkar (remembrances of God) and frequently seek refuge in Allah from Satan.
