We previously cited words from Ibn Al-Qayyim about the importance of guarding thoughts and preserving them, and how to achieve that. This aforementioned fluid has the characteristics of manī (sperm/seminal fluid). If its emission is due to lust, then (ritual bath) is obligatory; otherwise, ghusl is not required. Regarding manī being transparent and its relation to weakness, you can consult doctors or the medical consultation section.
