Must a woman repeat the prayer if she felt something exit her body but was not certain of its emission, knowing that this feeling might be a delusion (waswasah) or normal discharge? And does the presence of very slight moisture, not resembling semen, after seeing a dream that could potentially be a wet dream, necessitate ghusl (ritual bath)?

If a woman doubts whether something has exited her, or doubts the invalidation of her ablution, the basic principle is that it has not been invalidated, and she is not required to investigate. She should continue with her prayer. If she becomes certain that something exited during the prayer, her prayer is invalidated, and she must repeat it. If she finds something and doubts whether it exited during or after the prayer, she should consider that it exited after the prayer. If she doubts whether what exited is mani (seminal fluid) or something else, ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is not obligatory for her, and she has a choice regarding its ruling.
