Must one afflicted with urinary incontinence wait for the urine to stop for ghusl and prayer, or should one perform ghusl and pray immediately?

If you wake up for prayer and do not need to urinate, then perform ablution and pray directly. However, if you need to urinate, attend to it first and do not pray while restraining yourself. If the urination does not stop until after the time for prayer has expired, then your ruling is that of one with urinary incontinence: you perform ablution and pray your obligatory and supererogatory prayers with that ablution. If the urination stops before the time for prayer expires, then wait until it stops, then perform ablution and pray with a valid purification, taking care to prevent the spread of impurity.
