Should a woman perform ghusl after the cessation of blood, or should she wait to see the white discharge if the yellowish discharge persists?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
Purity from menstruation is achieved by one of two signs: dryness or the white discharge. Whenever a woman observes either of these, she must perform (ritual bath) and pray, and she assumes the ruling of ritually pure women. Yellowish or brownish discharges are considered menstruation if they occur during the habitual period, and not menstruation outside of these days.
