The answer

"Junub" refers to a person upon whom (ritual bath) is obligatory due to sexual intercourse or the emission of semen, and this applies to both men and women. It is permissible for a junub person to remember Allah (), glorify Him (tasbih), and supplicate (du'a). Their fast is valid if they begin fasting before performing ghusl. Their (call to prayer) is also valid, though disliked by the majority of scholars. Similarly, it is permissible for a junub person to deliver the Friday sermon, though disliked by the Malikis, Hanafis, and Hanbalis, while the Shafi'is stipulate ritual purity for it. It is recommended for a junub person to perform wudu (ablution) if they intend to sleep, eat, or resume sexual intercourse.
