The answer

There is no harm in delaying the (ritual bath) from menstruation or (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl) until the time of standing for something that necessitates purity, such as prayer or reciting the Quran, because ghusl from menstruation and janabah is an obligation that can be performed at leisure. As for making up missed prayers, it is permissible to do so at any time of the night or day.
