What is the ruling on delaying the post-menstrual bath (ghusl), and is it permissible to make up prayers after the Dhuhr prayer at two or three o'clock?

There is no harm in delaying the ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) from menstruation or janabah (definition) (state of ritual impurity requiring ghusl) until the time of standing for something that necessitates purity, such as prayer or reciting the Quran, because ghusl from menstruation and janabah is an obligation that can be performed at leisure. As for making up missed prayers, it is permissible to do so at any time of the night or day.
