What is the ruling on not thoroughly running water through the hair when performing ghusl for janabah if that leads to increased hair loss?

The hair must be washed during al- (ritual bath after sexual defilement) so that water reaches the skin. The Malikis have mandated the intermingling of water through the hair, even if it is thick. Exaggerated rubbing is not required.
