Ejaculation due to looking at one's wife is permissible and necessitates (ritual bath). However, looking at the 'awrah (private parts) of a forbidden woman or at pictures of unveiled women is forbidden and necessitates ghusl. The natural discharge of semen does not affect health, but its frequent discharge does affect health, and it is recommended to preserve semen.
