is not obligatory merely due to doubt about seminal discharge; rather, it becomes obligatory upon certainty of its emission. Continuous yellow discharge is impure, necessitating ' and wudu'. If its emission is continuous, your ruling is that of one afflicted with incontinence (sahib al-salas): you should take precautions and perform wudu' for each prayer after its time has commenced.
