A woman who has become pure from menstruation or postpartum bleeding, and delayed performing ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) and making up missed prayers, must make up the prayers she is certain she missed after her purification. It is recommended to make up what she predominantly believes she missed, as a precautionary measure and to clear her conscience, while she is not obliged to make up what she is not certain about, because the original state is freedom from liability.
