The aforementioned discharge might be wady, which is a thick, turbid white fluid resembling semen that is discharged after urination. It necessitates (cleansing of private parts), purification of clothes and body, and ablution (wudu), but it does not necessitate a full ritual bath (). If you are unsure of its true nature, you may consider it semen and perform ghusl, or simply wash whatever it has touched. This applies if it exits the penis. However, if it remains inside, it does not necessitate ghusl or istinja.
