What is your guidance to a seventeen-year-old young man, residing in Amman, who sees many immodestly dressed girls, which leads him to practice the forbidden act of masturbation, knowing that he cannot perform ghusl immediately due to his extreme sensitivity to cold and his fear for his health, and he prays?

You must repent sincerely and seek Allah's forgiveness, lower your gaze from what Allah has forbidden, and fortify yourself with marriage if possible. Otherwise, you must fast frequently. Know that masturbation is forbidden, and you must stop it and make up for the prayers you missed while in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah (definition)). If you become ritually impure, you must perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) with warm water in a warm place to avoid harm.
