The answer

Purity is recognized by one of two signs: dryness (the cotton swab comes out clean), or the white discharge. When either of these appears, (ritual bath) becomes obligatory. As long as the brownish discharge is present, do not perform ghusl. If you see red blood after achieving purity, you have become re-menstruating, and ghusl must be repeated if it occurs within the period of menstruation. However, yellowish or brownish discharge after achieving purity is not considered menstruation.
