It is recommended to urinate in a soft place to avoid splashes of urine. If unavailable, one should bring the penis close to the hard surface. This procedure wards off (whispers of Satan) and prevents doubts. As for washing impurities, it suffices to wash the area of urination without undue effort. The water that falls off is pure as long as it has not been altered by the impurity, and the fundamental principle is that what was, remains as it was. It is also advised to disregard waswas and not pay attention to them.
