How should one act when sneezing in the restroom or during prayer?

The first case: for one who sneezes during prayer, it is best to refrain from saying "Alhamdulillah" (praise be to Allah), but his prayer is not invalidated if he does say it. As for in the restroom, there is no harm in praising Allah inwardly, without moving the tongue.
