What should I do about the continuous feeling of needing to urinate after urinating, followed by the expulsion of feces upon straining, knowing that I find a urine smell on the tissue after prayer, and fecal residue despite repeated wiping with tissues? Is it permissible for me to disregard these matters despite my certainty of their occurrence, or must I perform istibra' (cleansing) with water or tissues?
