The answer

Ignoring obsessive thoughts is the most beneficial cure for them. If you doubt the emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), the default assumption is that it has not been emitted. Therefore, do not pay attention to this doubt, especially when experiencing obsessive thoughts. Doubt concerning the invalidation of tahara (purification) does not invalidate it. Ibn Baz said: "As long as you have doubt, even a little, even one percent, do not pay attention to it, and consider it an illusion that is not true." You are not required to search, nor is anything binding upon you as long as the matter is mere doubts. However, if you are certain of the emission of madhy, then wudu' (ablution) is obligatory after purifying it. If its emission is continuous to the extent of sals (incontinence), then the rulings related to sals apply.
