How many times should one wipe over the khuffayn and how many times should the feet be washed during wudu?

It is sufficient to wash the ablutionary parts once if the washing covers the entire obligatory area. Washing twice is also permissible, and three times is preferable. As for wiping over the leather socks (khuffayn), the is to wipe once over each sock, and increasing beyond that is disliked.
