The answer

The mentioned adhesive for glucose testing should be affixed to the limb. The ruling on keeping it during ablution () varies according to the need for it: For someone who does not need it frequently, it is obligatory to remove it and wash what is beneath it. As for someone whose need is pressing, and it is difficult for them to remove it and repeatedly prick their finger, it is permissible to keep it on, and it is treated like a splint (jabeerah), over which one may wipe.
