Does mascara that is not waterproof nullify Wudu'?

Eyelashes are part of the face, and if applying mascara prevents water from reaching them, then ablution is not valid with it. However, if it does not prevent water from reaching them, then there is no harm. Mascara itself does not nullify ablution.
