The answer

The delivery of water to the skin is a condition for the validity of purification (ablution or ). If the aforementioned creams prevent water from reaching the skin, they must be removed for purification to be valid. However, if they are merely a color or a trace that does not prevent water from reaching the skin, then the purification is valid with their presence.
