Is it permissible to renew the wiping of the head with new water if the head is already wet and the hand has not dried from a previous wipe that was not from the water of ablution?

Wiping the head during ablution must be done with fresh water according to the majority of scholars. It is not sufficient to use leftover moisture from a previous part of the ablution. Based on this, the ablution is valid if the water is renewed while wiping some part of the head. The questioner is advised to disregard obsessive thoughts and not pay attention to them.
