The answer

We ask Allah to grant you a speedy recovery. What you are experiencing does not fall under the rulings of سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence), because the dripping of urine stops for a time sufficient for performing ablution (wudu') and prayer (salat). You are not required to wash your garment or body unless you are certain it has been soiled with urine. Do not pay attention to doubts; the best cure for them is to ignore them.
