What is the ruling on the ablution of one who touches their ears, forehead, or the back of their neck during ablution?

Whoever touches his ears or one of them while washing his face, or touches his forehead or the back of his neck while wiping his head, his ablution is valid, and he does not need to repeat his prayer.
