What is the ruling on the emission of wady during or after ablution and before prayer, or upon leaving the house with the intention of prayer, or between two prayers?

If the feeling of something exiting is merely a whisper (waswasa), do not pay attention to it. Do not rule that something has exited except with certain conviction. At that point, wudu' (ablution) is invalidated, and ' (ritual cleansing) and re-performing wudu' become obligatory.
However, if you are afflicted with continuous wadi incontinence, then perform wudu' for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray as much as you wish until the time for that prayer expires.
But if its discharge stops during a known period that is sufficient for purification and prayer, then wait for that time, then perform wudu' and pray.
